Oh My Goodness 24 days of Blogmas is done and dusted and I won’t lie I am a little happy it’s over because it was very stressful but I am so happy I did it and I did not miss a day! I have no clue if I will do it again next year but the challenge was fun and if I am a little more organised then maybe it will happen. I just want to thank everyone who supported me throughout these past 24 days, people who read the posts, who commented, who shared who featured because it kept me going. This was a mighty task to relaunch my blog and in the new yea I am aiming for 1 or 2 blog posts a week. I am looking forward to a break but from the new year I will be continuing my blog but also relaunching my youtube channel and uploading there 1-2 times a week!
If you are planning on doing blogposts everyday of the week for an extended period of time, PLAN PLAN PLAN! If you know that you’re busy for a few days write your posts ahead of time and schedule them, don’t leave it to an hour before your post time because you won’t be happy with the outcome of it.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and I will see you in 2017 with some fun projects in mind
Stay Strong, Stay Beautiful, Stay Confident
Christmas as we know is such a stressful time of the year, it’s when it takes two hours to get a carpark, feeling like sardines in the shopping centres and rushing to get the best toys before they all disappear and sometimes peoples frustrations can be taken out on the workers. Working in retail at this time of the year is such a fun but also a very daunting time as customers can become very intimidating when they don’t get what they want.
Today’s post is a little more personal than any of the other posts I have and will publish but I find it very important to talk about because more people are suffering than you know. This post is about how I go into terrible anxiety around the massive amounts of Christmas food and why this happens to me.
Earlier this week it was all about the boys but today it is all about the girls that are in your life like your mum, sister, grandmother, girlfriend or best friend. As a girl myself I found this list was so easy to put together compared to the boys because I have taken inspiration from what I currently have under the christmas tree to give to all the girls in my life.
Ever since I was a little girl I have always dreamed of spending a few christmas’s in different locations around the world. Here in Australia Christmas can be super hot so I would love to experience other cultures and other seasons around christmas time and one day be able to say I had a white christmas in New York (one day!)
Christmas is all about giving and sharing the love with family and friends but we need to remember those who are less fortunate and or are suffering a lot at this time of year. You may think that there’s nothing that you can do but you can do so much that doesn’t involve spending money if that may be your concern.
